motorcycle. A base layer that does their job properly will wick moisture
away from your body so you won’t be sitting in your sweat. Furthermore,
it quickly transports moisture through the fabric, away from the skin,
spreading quickly over the outside of the fabric where it can more
easily evaporate and/or be wicked away through the next layer, provided
that’s a functional layer, as well. This will ultimately help prevent
the body from cooling down too much when you’re subjected to wind chill
or cold.
