Shipping Information

Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 days after dispatch ($12.95)
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 – 15-25 days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders. We ship worldwide except to some Asian regions and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. Follow our straightforward process to get back on the road with gear that fits perfectly.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Rider Support within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for Authorization – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Securely – Use original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Ship Your Return to our Louisville facility (return shipping at your expense)
  5. Receive Your Refund or Exchange once we process your return

Exchange Process

Need a different size in those adventure boots or cruiser gloves? Follow the same steps as above, clearly stating:

  • The item you wish to exchange
  • Your preferred size/color alternative
  • Whether you’d like store credit or a direct exchange

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Refund Timeline:
    • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Balaclavas, Masks & Tubes
  • Base Layers & Underwear
  • Helmet Accessories & Spares

Return Shipping

You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service
  • Insuring your package (we cannot be responsible for lost returns)

Damaged or Defective Items

Found an issue with your CE-certified gear? Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping.
